him find the former members of the police Anti-Crime unit that murdered his partner - who was also Officer Davis' (Coby Bell)
father - in a self-destructive effort to bring down corrupt Captain Finney and help him confront demons from his tormented
past. In building his shaky case for the reluctant district attorney's office, "Sully" finds a trio of tragic surviving members
of the team upon whom booze, rage and guilt have exacted a terrible price. Charles Haid ("Hill Street Blues") guest-stars
